Our goal is to provide everyone with the opportunity to improve their health and well-being, which is why we’ve created a range of classes that will allow you to be active in way that suites you.

Whether you’re starting out, getting back to exercise after a break, or are already very active, our classes work for everyone.

PILATES

 Pilates helps us to achieve and maintain good alignment through our bodies. 

LEGS, BUMS & TUMS

The workout to a perkier bum, trimmer tum and leaner legs.

YOGA

Reduce stress, build strength and boast your energy.

BOXFIT

Burn Fat while increasing your inner core strength.

GYM

The Gym is equipped with a variety of equipment, including Treadmills, Cross Trainers, Bikes, Steppers, Spinning Bikes and a Rower. We also have Dumbbells (up to 30KG), Leg Extension, Leg Curl, Chest Press, Benches, and Olympic Bars with Weight Plates, Cable Machines and the latest my7 PowerPlate. 

Sometimes you just need a little extra motivation to get the ball rolling, which is why we’ve created a free trial for all inspiring members!
