Arriving for your session. Please arrive for your session on time. If you are late for your session you may not be able to enter the building. You will be escorted into the building by a member of the Fitness Team. Potentially you could be entering the building with 7 other people, so please adhere to social distancing guidelines. Where possible, please also avoid gathering close to the entrance doors to reduce the risk of congestion.

Upon entering Clarence Park Village, your temperature will be taken with a non-contact thermal thermometer. Please note: If your temperature is high you will not be allowed into the building.

When you enter Clarence Park Village, a face covering must be worn. You will be required to adhere to social distancing guidelines whilst walking to the Gym. Where possible, face coverings are advised to be worn within the gym, but not compulsory.

In the gym. When entering the gym, you will be required to register your attendance by swiping in your membership card. This is essential for Track & Trace compliance. Showers and lockers within the changing rooms will not be available, although the toilet will be.

We will provide 8 small boxes on the gym reception desk for your essential items, such as car keys, mobile phone and your gym card. Please do not bring into the gym non-essential items.

The water machine will not be available so please bring a bottle of water with you. We would also like you to attend the gym wearing your gym clothes so you haven't got to use the changing rooms.

Cleaning and keeping each other safe. Cleaning stations will be provided in the gym, so please clean your equipment before and after each use. During your workout, the gym staff will also be cleaning and tidying things up. After each hour the gym will be cleaned in preparation for the next session.

Hand sanitiser will be located around the Village and in the gym. Please regularly use it. You will be required to use the hand sanitiser provided upon entering and leaving Clarence Park Village.
