Training Plans & PT
All our Memberships include a free Gym Induction and a Training Plan. Once you have joined, book a Gym Induction by contacting the club. Looking for extra support? Book a free taster PT session.
Gym Induction & Training Plan
Your Gym Induction can take up to 60 minutes. You will be shown how to use the equipment and discuss your goals. Your Fitness Instructor will create you a tailored workout plan which can be reviewed periodically.
